Management of an Annual General Meeting (AGM) or Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) event
Scope of services
- Conduct and moderate AGM or EOGM in compliance with BMSMA.
- Record and distribute the minutes of meetings to the Management Council and subsidiary proprietors, and ensure due submission is done in a timely manner to the relevant authorities.
