As an industry veteran with almost 20 years of experience in property and facilities management, Derek is a forward-thinking leader and dynamic problem solver who brings ideas and solutions to the industry. With his business acumen, he maximizes the level of trust and transparency between the company and clients, and brings strategic advice that adds to value enhancement.
Derek started his career with Colliers International Singapore and went on to join other property consultants such as Knight Frank (Phuket) as well as Hong Leong Group. In his role as the Director with Knight Frank (Phuket), he was responsible for the entire operations on the island which included high-end service apartments, hotels and condominiums. He then founded Steadlink Asset Management and headed the company from 2006 to 2016.
Driven by his vision to lead the way with innovative business strategies, Derek actively engages with all staff and clients and passionately propels CWL Facilities Management to greater heights.

Chris started her career as a finance executive in a developer and property management company. Her role in CWL expanded from accounting to overseeing a diverse portfolio of condominium properties and ensuring compliance to CWL’s Standard Operational Procedures across all sites.
Besides her extensive experience in administering MA duties which include managing an estate’s cleanliness, security and assets maintenance, Chris is also adept in budget planning and ensures the accuracy and integrity of the accounting work done for the company’s MCST clients. As a key member of CWL’s senior management team, she has proven to be an invaluable asset to our clients.

Joel brings with him a wealth of customer management experience from the hotel industry. Since joining CWL in 2018, Joel stood out among his peers with his operational excellence, tenacity and management competence which enabled him to concurrently oversee 10 condominium projects with his team members.
KiyoOperations & Quality Manager
Kiyo ensures our key performance indicators for customer service standards are met, be it in terms of feedback & emergency response times or timeliness of work submissions to Council Members. Concurrently, she looks after several condominium projects as an Assistant Portfolio Manager.
