As an industry veteran with 18 years of experience in property and facilities management, he has innovated creative ideas to tie up the blind spots in the industry. With his management acumen, the level of transparency between the clients and the company is maximised which is key to value enhancement.

Derek started his career with Colliers International Singapore and later went on to join other property consultants such as Knight Frank (Phuket) as well as Hong Leong Group. In his role as the Director with Knight Frank (Phuket), he was responsible for the entire operation on the island which included high end service apartments, hotels and condominiums. He founded Steadlink Asset Management and headed the company from 2006 to 2016.

It was his interest and passion in developing and implementing innovative property management strategies for both residential and commercial strata-titled properties that led him to propel CWL Facilities Management to greater heights.

Quah Daniel

Daniel Quah has been in the property management industry since 2006 and specialises mainly with strata titled residential properties. He is a result orientated professional and is able to lead and promote good teamwork.

As an Operations Director he plays an invaluable role in overseeing the daily company’s operations and providing professional advice on strata laws.

His forte on the mechanical and other technical aspect has proven to be beneficial to our MCST’s clients

Chris Ong, BA (Hons) Financial Engineering

Chris started her career as a finance executive in a developer and property management company.

She then joined the front line and responsible for a portfolio of MCST properties and ensuring CWL’s Standard Operational Procedures and KPIs are fully complied.

She is now responsible for the day-to-day operation of condominium development including but not limited to ensure a smooth functioning of the estate’s cleanliness, security and scheduled maintenance.

With her extensive experience in administrative matters such as resolving complications in booking of facilities, car park matters, contractual agreements and council meetings as well as financial matters such as the integrity of the MCST’s financial accounts and credit control, she has been an asset to the Clients.

She has also the capability to audit the running of the management office on site thereby optimizing time management and prioritization of critical tasks
